Avialex Law Group attended the 2017 IATSBA Spring Conference where the year's Joseph T. Nall Award winner was BORIS POPOV, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of BRS Aerospace.  Mr. Popov's pioneering work with whole-aircraft ballistic parachute systems has made a special contribution to air and transportation safety.  BRS Aerospace's products are now installed in thousands of aircraft and have saved hundreds of lives.
